A perfect alternative to your classic beef burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 EU Smokey BBQ Chicken Fillet 140-170g - 900826
  • 2 Hass Avocado Ready To Eat - 600570
  • 8  Slices Halloumi - 357601
  • 4  Tbsp Country Range Light Mayonnaise - 173255
  • 1 Cos/Romaine lettuce - 601331
  • 2 Tomato Beef - 607920
  • 4 Sourdough Rolls - 817560

METHOD

Cook the chicken fillet in the oven at 180ºC for 25-35 minutes or until fully cooked.

Slice avocado and beef tomato.

Pan fry the halloumi until golden brown on both sides. Spread the mayonnaise onto the sourdough roll.

Layer up the lettuce, chicken fillet, halloumi, avocado and tomato in the bun.

Serve with either chips or seasonal salad.
