For the Frosting
In a bowl, beat the icing sugar, butter andcocoa powder together with an electric beater on a medium-slow speed. If you need to, add a little of the milk at this stage.Beat until the mixture comes together and is well mixed.
Turn the mixer down to a slow speed andadd the milk to the mixture, a couple of spoonfuls at a time.
Once the milk has been incorporated, turn the mixer up to a high speed and beat forabout 5 minutes. The frosting should be light and fluffy. The longer you beat the mixture, the fluffier it becomes!
Then, add the frosting to the top of the cooled brownie in dollops, and smooth over with a pallet knife.
Finally, decorate with whatever ingredients you desire…we love Cadbury Twirl Bites and Strawberries. Then slice into portions and serve.
